After a refreshment break, set off from the meeting point at La Poste Platz in Visp on a journey through time peppered with anecdotes and wine through the life of Visp's greatest politician, judge and hotelier, Joseph Anton Clemenz. Visit historical places and find out interactively how the mysterious accident during the first ascent of the Matterhorn came about and what the Zermatt judgement is really about.
Afterwards, a fine Valais dinner awaits you in the Johanneli Fi wine cellar - carved entirely out of the raw Visp rock - in the form of raclette or fondue, starter, Valais platter and dessert. All accompanied by six fabulously good wines.
The event will be held with a minimum of 12 participants (maximum number of participants 24 people). It starts at 6 p.m. and ends at around 10 p.m. A decision/information about the event will be made one week before the event date. Warm clothing and warm shoes are essential (including a scarf and gloves). The event will be held in any weather. Any requirements of the BAG regarding the development of the Covid-19 situation may result in the event having to be cancelled. In this case, the tickets purchased remain valid and can be used for another event at the Johanneli Fi wine cellar.
